New clients

When deep cleaning is not required or the customer does not opt for it, a fee of $150 will be
charged in the first cleaning.

• After confirming the date for your house cleaning, if for any reason you have to cancel please let us know 48 hours in advance, otherwise you have to pay a 50% cancellation fee.

If you need to cancel your cleaning on the same day as your scheduled cleaning.

Unfortunately the schedule is ready for the team between 1-2 days before. That is why we send confirmation text 3 days before and we have a hard time to fit another client on that spot and we have costs and expenses during that day with the team and tools. We consider this a last minute cancellation and for this reason 50% a fee will apply based on the price of your clean service. I

Service Schedule

When will your cleaners arrive to clean?

Please allow us the flexibility of scheduling the start time of our cleaning between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. We try to schedule our cleanings in an order that requires the least amount of travel time in an effort to maintain our prices and avoid trip fees.

If you require an AM or PM clean time we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

What if you can't be home when your cleaners arrive to clean.

No problem, this is very common. That’s why many of our clients decide to provide us with a key and a code if they have an alarm system for their home. All keys are securely marked and controlled to maintain your security. 

This arrangement works very well and allows us to access your home to clean at the appropriate day and time. If you do not provide us a key, and you are not home to let us in at their scheduled cleaning time, a lock-out charge may be applied.

What if you need to reschedule or skip your regular cleaning.

Again, no problem! We realize that life gets busy and sometimes things happen requiring you to move things around. We ask that you please let us know at least 48 hrs. in advance, so we can change ours schedules or arrange for an alternative time and date for your cleaning. Late cancellations may incur a 50% cancellation fee, unless your service can be re-booked in the same week. Fees may apply if cleaning goes over a month without cleaning.

What about holidays?

We’ll call well in advance of any those nationally recognized holidays to arrange for a better day and time.
Speaking of the holidays, be sure to let us know if you are ever in need of extra cleaning in advance of a
family get together, dinner or party – we’re here to help.

Payment

When is payment due? How should I pay?

Payment is due on your regularly scheduled cleaning day. We prefer the zelle or venmo payment method, but we also accept Cash or checks. 

Many of our customers find it easiest to simply leave an envelope sealed with a check or cash payment out for us on the kitchen counter to collect when they arrive to begin their work. (check please make it out to Blue Care cleaning Services LLC.

Unless otherwise arranged, please leave a check for each visit on the kitchen counter. 

Return check fee – $35.. 

Payment

Who provides the cleaning chemicals and equipment?

Due to the specific requirements of each home and wishes of each homeowner, we ask that the clients provide all necessary cleaning products for the home. This ensures that we are using the correct products for the wide variety of surfaces (wood, slate, marble, tile, laminates, glass, shower doors, stainless steel, etc.) that your home may contain. Most of these products you probably already have. 

The other reason is we are really care about our client’s health and is very important to prevent in case of any family member has allergy or any medical condition about any product we give to you the option to choose to use your own products.. We will suggest a list of products that can be used in your home. 

We will leave notes or empty bottles on the counter when you are low or out of something to remind you to purchase more. We bring our own rags, mop, vacuum (if needed) to clean your home.

Cleaners

Who will you send to clean my home?

Our team are trained to always be professionals – for example, our members will never eat, drink, smoke or use any of your electrical appliances such as radio or tv while in your home.

Will you send the same cleaner each visit?

We always try to clean your home using the same cleaner each time, unless due to sickness or other
emergency, we are unable to do so.

We want you to feel confident in our team and they are eager to get to deliver a custom cleaning for your
home as quickly as possible.

What if something gets broken?

While our team members are trained on proper cleaning procedures and pride themselves in being careful, if anything were to get broken as the result of something one of our team members did while cleaning – we want to step up to make it right! That means trying as quickly as possible to either repair or replace it – and because all of our team members are insured, we would file a claim whenever necessary to help resolve the situation.

Standard Procedures

How Do I confirm my appointment for clean services?

Blue care cleaning has an AI smart system work based on text messages. The System sends a text to
confirm all appointments. 3 days.

The company does the linen beds?

Yes If linen is part of your service, please have linen (sheets) on the end of each bed

Unless otherwise arranged, please leave a check for each visit on the kitchen counter. Return check fee – $35.

We are careful and make safety related choices when it comes to lifting, climbing, and ladders. Some activities may require a second person or management approval.

We do not clean television screens (we dust them and wipe the frames).

We generally do not move heavy or large furniture. If you require this, please request it in advance so we can evaluate the need for assistance.

We do not want our employees to sustain injury or damage your.

We love pets. If you feel better having your pet secured during your service, please let us know or have them ready for us.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any incidents arising while we are in the home related to your pet.

Please secure or safely stow precious items or valuables prior to your service. This will eliminate potential accidents involving a feather duster and an heirloom tea cup! flooring
