Post Construction usually we do in 3 steps
The cleaning crew focuses on cleaning all surfaces thoroughly. This includes wiping down walls, countertops, cabinets, and fixtures to remove any dirt, dust, or residue left behind from the construction process.
Top to Bottom Clean – Deep Clean items are cleaned by hand with emphasis on detail and elimination of soil build up. Common Areas:
• Floors are swept and vacuumed/mopped.
• All lights are working and free of dust.
• Doorknobs
• light switches
• clean Windows
• windows sills
• window tracks are cleaned and dusted.
• No evidence of paint drops on the floors.
• marks on the walls
• Doors and doorframes cleaned.
• Kitchen Dust all shelves and counters.
• Clean windows, windows sills window tracks
• Clean sink and backsplash
• Wipe down all fixtures.
• Bathrooms Sink, tub, shower is clean and sanitized.
• Toilet is sanitized Mirrors, cabinets, and counters.
• Swept and vacuumed/mopped.
Once the cleaning is complete, a final inspection is conducted to ensure that all areas have been cleaned to the required standards. Any remaining debris or dust is removed, and any necessary touch-ups are performed.
